XMETALL finished welding works at the Tallinn Zoo. We installed the new zinc-coated blocks which are divided into sectors were the polar bears will reside. We also installed sliding doors, which are strong enough to take on a bear. The sliding door system consists of 19 doors which are located in different corners of the facility. All doors are operated from one location. The doors are operated by a cable system installed on the ceiling that is covered with a special grid to provide protection from the animals.
